Eurocat 2010 : Registration day in Carnac
Long queueing to go through the different steps leading to final registration at Yacht Club Carnac ...
Despite an unfavourable calendar (what a silly idea to place 1st of May on a Saturday !), 2010 Eurocat should gather a pretty good attendance, most of the big F18 teams being prepared to use the event as a warm up towards the next Worlds in Erquy.
Cold sweat to AHPC importer, as the container delivering the brand new Capricorn C2 just arrived yesterday from Australia...
Whatever the case, the 100 registered F18s should got good racing, although the summer temperatures from the last days to be likely to lower.
More details on the teams tomorrow, as registration was supposed to finish by midnight.

Pierre Charles Barraud and me are more than proud to see the baby we created in 1993 being currently the most attractive multihull Class in the World, this being proved through the number and the quality of the registered names on Erquy 2010 Worlds...
Many thanks to all sailors, builders, sail-makers and volunteers who made this possible.
Waiting the pleasure to meeting most of you next July in Erquy,
All the best,
Olivier bovyn
